"Another Month in Paradise !!!"

May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you've walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you're at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can't say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.

Beachplace 4 – 505 (3BR) by FGC

This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.

We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.

"Great holiday"

This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet. We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back

My beach rental on longboat key Florida was and is perfect in every way and form. First I would like to cite The exemplary service provided too me from gulf coast rentals is and has always been perfect and professional. The second fact I would like to cite the location of the rentals I have been privileged to have had use of are always in a stunning area with breath taking views and top notch amenities .
