Beachplace is one of the most popular vacation rental communities on Longboat Key. It is located under 2 miles from the southern tip of Longboat Key. Beachplace has permanent residents as well as monthly renters which makes it an ideal community to visit. 30+ day rentals are required. It is a social environment at the pool complex as well as the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are placed on the beach each day which makes relaxing very simple.  You can walk miles along the amazingly soft sandy beach and often see wildlife such as dolphin swim by.  The sunsets are amazing. Â
On or near Longboat Key you may enjoy St Armands Circle, Downtown Sarasota, Sarasota Theater and Arts Districts, Bayfront Park, Ken Thompson Park Preserve, Overlook Park as well as miles of Beach walks and Bike paths. Fly into Sarasota Airport, which is only 15 minutes away.Â

Your Review: Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals has been an outstanding service for our vacation needs. We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can't wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. ":A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast"
A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you've walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you're at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can't say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!
