The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower. Both Bedrooms and Living room have Tv's. The kitchen has been recently updated so you can enjoy the ocean views while having breakfast or preparing a meal or mixing a cocktail for a sunset stroll.
There is ample closet space throughout, with a washer/dryer in-unit. The condo has HDTV and wireless internet in every room.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.
Rick Benninghove was responsive to all my needs be it small or large.
He is impeccable, personable , and has excellent communication skills with tenant.
I would recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals as my first choice in Florida.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn't have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
